Seasoned software executive to drive product direction and development of
leading electronics industry supply chain network solutions
Pasadena, CA April 8, 2002 eConnections,

Kai Mildenberger has joined the company as Chief Operating
Officer.
Prior to eConnections, Mildenberger was CTO at Access360,
a provider of policy-based provisioning products and services,
where he was responsible for research and development. While
at Access360, he also managed the company's enterprise product,
and guided all of the companys related engineering,
planning and infrastructure development, as well as the companys
joint managed services offering with VeriSign, Inc.
Before Access360, Mildenberger was Senior Vice President,
Development for Opus360 Corporation, responsible for managing
the companys entire product line. Opus360 acquired PeopleMover,
Inc., where he was CTO. Prior to that, he was VP of Development
and Technology for GLOVIA. Also, early in his career, Mildenberger
founded IDEA Software and Consulting GmbH, which later merged
with Computer Associates. Mildenberger became General Manager
and Senior VP for Computer Associates, managing all of the
companys ERP products worldwide.
Kais extensive engineering background, coupled
with his proven supply chain experience adds a unique dimension
to the eConnections executive team, said Rob Rodin,
